Community Outreach Specialist
Latoya Watson is a highly skilled crisis response professional with over 16 years of dedicated service in the field. She commenced her career with the Children’s Crisis Team in New Jersey, where she provided crucial support to families through de-escalation techniques and effective resource linkage. Subsequently, Latoya advanced to a Care Manager role with the state, earning two promotions within her first two years. She was elevated to Case Manager Trainer and later to Senior Case Manager, where she supervised a team of Case Managers.
Latoya is deeply committed to fostering positive family dynamics and enhancing emotional well-being. She understands the profound impact of mental health on family life and its interplay with substance abuse. Beyond her professional endeavors, Latoya is an active member of the Palm Bay Seventh-Day Adventist Church, serving as a Youth Leader and continuing her work with children, adolescents, and young adults.
Latoya holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Ramapo College of New Jersey and desires to continue her education in the near future.
